All new accounts are usually set up within 1-6 hours. We do not offer instant activation on any web hosting plan. This is to prevent spammers from getting in to our system and keep the fraud to a minimum.
Once your account is set up, an activation notice will be sent to you via email including a username, password, FTP and control panel details. You can begin uploading files to your new web site immediately thereafter. Domain account users will be given a temporary URL to access their site via the web prior to the completion of either domain registration or transfer.
The applicant must properly fill out all necessary details. Failure to do so may cause further delays in creating your account. In case if you did not receive your welcome email within 6 hours please contact our billing department including your domain name, order number and contact information.
